We all want better health. One of the easiest things to do is to eat right and exercise. Yet what happens is most people fall into the category of going to the next best thing. I don’t claim to be an expert in keeping in shape of having the end all diet. There are things that I do know that work. If you are overweight it is usually because of more than just one factor.
The first thing to address is not the diet or the exercise. The first thing to address is you. You have to stop what you are doing. That means EATING. The next thing is to flush and cleanse out your system! Now did I say go exercise or get into this diet? NO! Stop eating! That is step #1. That is the first major step to weight loss. STOP EATING! Have I made myself clear? Is there anything in this step that you don’t understand? Now did I say for how long? NO! I did not.

After you finish the cleanser then you go into the gym. What you want to do is burn fat and build muscle. If you are over 40 years old then the routines and regimens are going to be different. Now after you lose all the weight and before you go to the gym there is one other thing that you need to do. You need to figure out what food you can eat and what you can’t eat. This is called “biochemical individuality.”
As you start to get off the master cleanser system, and you start to eat solid food again, I want you to monitor what you are eating. Get a journal or notebook and when you add a certain food to your diet. You will be adding these foods one by one back into your diet. You will record the following: What you ate, when you ate it and how you feel within the next 40 minutes.
If you feel powerful, energized, then that STAYS in your diet. If it makes you feel bloated, uncomfortable, and wiped out or any negative reaction such as inflammation or itching, that gets REMOVED from your diet. You don’t eat a hamburger with all the trimmings. You eat the beef, not anything else.
This is how you test what feeds your body and what doesn’t. Is this too simple? You bet it is! Also you add one thing in at a time. Eat a green salad without tomatoes’, then when you eat your next salad eat it with tomatoes’ and see how you feel. Do not add dressings or other things until you have tested each component on its own merit. This will take about a week or two. But it will save you years of aggravation.
Mind you that when you get back to eating normal food, you will gain weight back. But, if you are testing your food, you will not gain back much just a few pounds. During the testing, you will begin to work out again. Start with the different routines as recommend in those books.
Let us review, you do the Master Cleanser first, then you start your workout regimen and you test your food, recording each food you eat and how you feel 40 minutes later. When you are done with all three actions you will have lost weight, developed an age appropriate work out routine and know exactly what food you can eat and what you can’t. Simple isn’t it?
